布局建设深汕高端电子化学品产业园、复合材料产业园，依托“双园联动”协同发展，聚焦“5+3+X”产业导向和15种关键高分子合成材料赛道，集聚产业链创新资源，建设特色鲜明、配套完善的深汕高性能材料集聚区。其中，“5+3+X”产业导向指：5类半导体材料（包括光刻胶、电子特气、湿电子化学品、CMP抛光材料、先进封装材料）；3种高端化工新材料（包括电解液原材料、PI、环氧树脂）；X种其他新材料（包括新能源正负极材料、生物制造材料、碳纤维等）。15种关键高分子合成材料包括高性能聚醚醚酮、高性能聚苯硫醚、高性能聚酰胺、液晶高分子聚合物、聚噻吩类光电共轭高分子材料、高端环氧树脂、高性能有机硅材料、高端聚乳酸、高端聚己内酯等。园区围绕上述方向，重点发展填补国内空白、破解“卡脖子”难题的高端电子化学品项目，构建“特色鲜明、主业突出、链条清晰、竞争力一流”的产业体系，全力建设“国际先进、国内一流”的创新示范基地和高端产业集群。

　　The zone is planning and building the Shenshan High-End Electronic Chemicals Industrial Park and a Composite Materials Industrial Park. Through a “two-park synergy” model, it focuses on the “5+3+X” industrial framework and 15 key polymer synthetic materials, pooling innovation resources across the industrial chain to create a high-performance materials cluster in Shenshan that is distinctive and well-supported. The “5+3+X” framework comprises: five categories of semiconductor materials (photoresists, electronic specialty gases, wet electronic chemicals, CMP polishing materials, and advanced packaging materials); three types of high-end chemical materials (electrolyte raw materials, PI, and epoxy resins); and X categories of other new materials (including cathode and anode materials for new energy, bio-manufacturing materials, and carbon fiber). The 15 key polymer synthetic materials include high-performance polyether ether ketone (PEEK), high-performance polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), high-performance polyamide (PA), liquid crystal polymers (LCP), polythiophene-based photoelectric conjugated polymer materials, high-end epoxy resins, high-performance silicone materials, high-end polylactic acid (PLA), and high-end polycaprolactone (PCL). Centering on these directions, the parks prioritize high-end electronic chemicals projects that fill domestic gaps and overcome “bottleneck” barriers, building an industrial system with “distinctive features, prominent main businesses, clear chains, and first-class competitiveness,” and striving to become an innovation demonstration base and high-end industrial cluster that is “advanced in the international arena and first-class in the domestic arena.”
