On January 19, Shenzhen USEER Robotics Co., Ltd (“USEER Robotics”) officially signed an agreement with Shenzhen Yuchi Industrial Space Development Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Shenshan Municipal Investment Co. Ltd. of Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone, marking its successful entry into the Jiaohu Industrial Park. This move represents a crucial placement in building out Shenshan’s intelligent robotics industrial chain.

Located at the administrative and industrial hub of Shenshan, Jiaohu Industrial Park is planned to include 210,000 square meters of high-standard factory buildings and 66,000 square meters of employee dormitories. With well-developed supporting facilities for both living and production, the park effectively reduces operating costs for enterprises and living expenses for employees. USEER Robotics will lease approximately 130,000 square meters of factory and dormitory space in Area A of Jiaohu Industrial Park. Leveraging the park’s well-equipped supporting facilities, including dormitories and canteens, the company will fully meet its needs for capital expansion and capacity growth. Upon reaching full operation, its annual output is expected to exceed RMB1 billion. At the same time, USEER Robotics plans to actively attract upstream suppliers and facilitate their establishment in Shenshan, further integrating resources within intelligent robotics industrial chain and accelerating its progress toward becoming an industry leader.
