This summer, no one should miss a music festival filled with fascinating stages, dazzling lights, passionate music, and a riot of sound.
On August 4, the “Chosen Band Performers” Shenshan Youth Music Festival officially opened in Luyuedao, Chishi Town, Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone, Shenzhen. More than 20 bands and artists from Hong Kong, Macao and the Chinese mainland gathered to perform songs of various styles, offering fans a music festival with the charm of Lingnan culture.
On the main stage, Green Bus, Scamper, Good Brothers, Zuo Jinlong, Relieving Oral Liquid, Zhang Zhiyong and Li Xingliang lit up the summer night with unrestrained rock and roll music. Music fans immersed themselves in the sound, celebrating their youth with passion and joy under the starry sky of Luyuedao.
As evening fell, and the lights twinkled, folk artists like Lao Wu, Ping Zhong Guai, Lai Lihuan, Hong Qianqian played the guitar and hummed with deep feeling on the stage amid refreshing river breezes, bring a sense of peace and comfort to hot and dry summer days.
Music admirers got enchanted with the summer carnival featuring familiar melodies and dazzling lights.
The youth music festival couldn’t do without delicious food and ice drinks. Fans could pick fruit tea drinks, awaking coffee as well as Shenshan’s delicacies like oil fired rice cakes and Houmen Shuang Tou Jian. With the lingering taste of all kinds of snacks and refreshing fruit drinks, delicious food was as wonderful as music at this moment.
When the music festival on August 4 came to an end, singers came down from the stage and sat together with fans to throw an unplugged concert. On the lawn in Luyuedao, melodious music was played under the starlight.
The Shenshan Youth Music Festival brought together great music, delicious food, and unforgettable experiences—perfectly blending artistic creativity with culinary delight.
The Shenshan Youth Music Festival will be held for two days in a row. Music bands including Mu Min, Zuo Ni and Toy Captain, as well as Bi Xia, Chai Xiaofei, R Liang and other singers will be scheduled to appear on the stage on August 5. They are set to deliver another round of spectacular summer performances in Shenshan.
