Shishan Mountain: The Shishan Mountain spans across Ebu and Xiaomo, neighbors the sea in the south and the central area to the north. The Shishan Mountain, whose fame has lasted thousands of years, boasts fabulous scenery in all the four seasons. At an altitude of 284 meters, a temple sits atop Shishan Mountain which prides itself on picturesque scenery and murmuring streams. Chishi River, which resembles a silver belt, surrounds the mountain and goes straight to the sea. When reaching the summit, climbers can have a panoramic view of Xiaomo Town, and overlook multiple tourist spots such as Mangyu in Honghai Bay, Jixinshi, Jiangmu Island and Zhelang Peninsula. Whenever the sun rises, the sea surface glitters. The scene looks like “a lion playing with a ball”. Therefore, there is a saying that “Atop Shishan Mountain, a shout can be heard thousands of miles, and climbers can feel their heart is as boundless as the sea and sky”.
