Following the field visit, the representatives attended a logistics investment promotion event at the intelligent operation center of Shenshan, themed “Exploring Opportunities in Shenshan, Advancing Coordinated Development.” Huang Shidong, member of the Zone’s Party Working Committee and deputy director of the Zone’s Management Committee, extended a warm welcome to the visiting business representatives. He outlined the strategic positioning, development achievements, and industrial vision of the Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone, and invited enterprises to establish a presence in Shenshan and pursue shared growth. Zheng Yanling, secretary-general of the Shenzhen Logistics and Supply Chain Management Association, explained the purpose and significance of the visit, expressing hope that the event would strengthen government-enterprise dialogue, promote resource sharing, and support coordinated development. During the thematic promotion session, a representative from the Shenshan Bureau of Scientific and Technological Innovation and Economic Services gave a systematic overview of the region’s investment ecosystem, including both physical infrastructure and support services, with particular emphasis on opportunities and preferential policies in logistics and port-side manufacturing. A representative from the Shenshan Bureau of Housing Construction and Water Supply introduced talent-related government-subsidized housing policies, aimed at supporting enterprises in attracting and retaining talent and addressing their worries about long-term development. A representative from the Shenshan Bureau of Agriculture, Rural Affairs and Marine Fisheries presented the Shenshan modern marine ranch project developed by Nongke Group, providing detailed information on the project’s planning, industrial strengths, and cold-chain logistics demand. The presentation offered logistics companies targeted access to opportunities in the marine economy and cold-chain logistics.

After gaining first-hand insight into the Zone’s industrial strengths and investment potential, the business representatives engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as efficient supply chain coordination and supporting industrial resources, further strengthening consensus on cooperation and aligning efforts between government and enterprises.

The visit and promotion event not only gave logistics companies in Shenzhen a clearer, comprehensive understanding of the industrial foundation and business environment of the Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone, but also accelerated practical cooperation in areas such as supply chain coordination and port-side industries. Going forward, the Zone will continue building efficient matchmaking platforms, improving resource support, and turning cooperation intentions into concrete outcomes more quickly. It also welcomes more entrepreneurs to join Shenshan’s high-quality development journey and help shape the future of modern logistics.
